AIDS Conference engages industry

26 /06/ 2014 Comments are Closed

It’s wonderful to see the tourism industry engaging with the upcoming International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2014) through the efforts of the Melbourne Convention Bureau, the City of Melbourne and Destination Melbourne. Over 170 tourism and events operators attended a recent industry briefing to learn more about the conference and how they can support its delivery. In particular, the Australian Cultural Program will see over 40 iconic city buildings all illuminated in red and over 160 performances, exhibitions and films will be available to enjoy. We invite you – our members – to extend a warm welcome to the 14,000 people expected to attend this conference.
