Anyone working in industry who is keen to update their qualifications or expand their knowledge of areas such as social media and emerging markets may want to consider enrolling in the University of Ballarat’s Graduate Certificate in Tourism Futures. The course has been specifically designed for working professionals, with topics and assessments based on comprehensive industry feedback.

The course is 100 per cent online and there are no exams. Instead, the assessments are based around applying what you learn to a scenario of your choosing (for example, involving a destination or organisation). This means that in addition to improving your education by gaining a post-graduate qualification, you also obtain practical benefits from the assessments.
