New-look Melbourne Official Visitors Map

Valued VTIC partner Destination Melbourne has recently released a new edition of the Melbourne Official Visitors Map (OVM). The redesigned map is the result of a combined project between Destination Melbourne and the Inner Melbourne Action Plan (IMAP) councils to produce one visitor map for the city.

Both parties undertook consumer and industry research and incorporated the best of the previous Inner Melbourne and Official Visitor maps into one comprehensive brochure.

The Inner Melbourne Map (pink brochure) will cease to be produced from August 2014. However, the new look Melbourne Official Visitor Map will continue to carry the IMAP Inner Melbourne map, which now includes part of the western suburbs.

With the support of the IMAP councils (Melbourne, Stonnington, Yarra, Port Phillip and Maribyrnong) and Public Transport Victoria, one million copies of the OVM will be distributed at key visitor points across the city each year.

To order a copy of the map or to provide feedback, please email info@destinationmelbourne.com.au or phone 03 9869 2444.
