Visitor Information Centre Summit – 1-3 August
Staff and managers of Visitor Information Centres from across Victoria are invited to come together for the 12th annual Visitor Information Centre Summit. It will be held in Melbourne as a celebration of the 10 year anniversary of the Melbourne Visitor Centre at Federation Square. The City of Melbourne team is preparing some exciting familiarisation tours for day one, where delegates can explore the city’s waterfront, attractions and hidden secrets. The day two program will focus on areas such as measuring success, understanding Visitor Information Centre best practice, future trends, visitor research and accessible tourism.
