YOUR FEEDBACK SOUGHT ON WORKFORCE DISCUSSION PAPER

26 /09/ 2012 Comments are Closed

Industry consultation for Service Skills Australia’s Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Environmental Scan is underway with the release of a discussion paper that is open for comment. The annual Environmental Scan is a key piece of advice to government on the latest industry developments and the skills development strategies required to support these changes. It provides industry with a powerful platform to make its voice heard on workforce issues.

The discussion paper details the latest findings from industry consultation and research and seeks to validate what has been found, as well as provide an opportunity to raise additional issues or trends. Gaining feedback directly from industry will ensure that the Scan contains real-time, accurate information on the current state of the industry.

The discussion paper is available here and comment is open until Friday 12 October.

To provide your feedback, send an email to SSA’s Research Officer Susan Belardi at sbelardi@serviceskills.com.au by Friday October 12.
