Accredited Tourism Business Spotlight: Isabella at Kyneton – Star Rated since 2005

23 /03/ 2018 Comments are Closed

VTIC interviewed Dianne Padgham, owner of the 4 Star Rated property Isabella at Kyneton, and 2015 & 2016 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards Silver Medallist:

Dianne believes Star Ratings are the most reliable indicator of certain standards saying, “our guests are guaranteed deluxe accommodation with a high standard of cleanliness, and excellent facilities.” Ms Padgham, Star Rated for 13 years, says “we have found our Star Rating to be a distinctive point of difference for our guests when choosing accommodation.”

Along with Star Ratings being an internationally recognised symbol, Dianne advises “our own survey found that 79 per cent of guests responded that our 4 Star Rating influenced their decision to book our property over unrated alternatives.”

For further information on the program and how to join please visit the Star Ratings Australia website, or contact VTIC on 03 8662 5387 or at starratings@vtic.com.au.

Ms. Padgham is confident the Star Rating Accreditation process has contributed to their consistent success when entering the RACV Victorian Tourism Awards over the last several years, which she considers an honour to receive.

All Victorian Star Rated properties are now managed by VTIC, growing our suite of industry development and quality assurance programs, alongside ATAP and the RACV Victorian Tourism Awards.
