Australian Tourism Accreditation Program (ATAP) Accredited Operator Highlight

Sarah Masters General Manager of the Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (MADE) has recently received ATAP Accreditation as a tourism business.

General Manager, Sarah Masters, highlights that a practice of continual improvement is important to the team at MADE, with the application process proving valuable for examining every area of the business, to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency, with best practice in mind. The accreditation further reinforces MADE’s reputation as a must-see destination and the home of the Eureka flag.

MADE states the application process has had a direct impact on MADE recently winning the ‘2017 Business Excellence Awards: Visit Ballarat Special Events and Attractions Business Award’.
