Did you know VTIC manages Australian Tourism Accreditation Program (ATAP) Victoria from our Melbourne office, and has done so now for over 18 months? VTIC believes accreditation is an essential part of industry development in Victoria and encourages operators to take a look at the reinvigorated website.
ATAP has undergone some exciting changes of late which we would like to share. Two of our biggest updates has been our continuing work to integrate the online portal with the Victorian Tourism Awards, and the total overhaul of the online system. ATAP has a brand new system and is very functional and easy to use.
Starting next VTIC eNews we will highlight successes and benefits of being ATAP Accredited. We’ll also be launching a monthly series explaining each module needed to complete the online program. These include Business and Marketing Planning, Risk Management, Customer Service. We will demonstrate how easy it is to upload own documents onto the system, meaning if you have written processes in place you won’t be required to reinvent anything. And if you don’t, we have all the templates, tips and advice to help get your business performing.
