1. Who is VTIC and why should I get connected?….. An overview of VTIC, what we do on behalf of the industry and how this      can benefit your business.
2. How you can achieve business excellence through the 2019 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards ….Discover how entering the Victorian Tourism Awards can help you in driving excellence throughout your business.
3. Who is TEVE and how can I benefit from their expertise and services? ….Learn about the resources and tools that are available to you through this division of government that can help your business thrive.
4. Understanding the effect of digital disruption ….Denise Ulbrick from TEVE will do a very special presentation on how the introduction of new technologies has disrupted – and will continue to disrupt – the tourism industry in many ways. It has changed the way operators target travellers, it has challenged existing service offerings and is forcing a re-imagining of the visitor experience and end-to-end visitor journey.

This will not be not be your average workshop and will provide valuable marketing intelligence for your business as well as understanding how to compete effectively for a state – and even a national – tourism award.
