Pullman Melbourne on the Park is a 419 room Hotel located in East Melbourne. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, state of the art conference facilities, pool and gym.
An amazing opportunity exists an Assistant Manager to join our professional and dynamic team at Pullman on the Park.
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Hotels operations by providing the highest level of guest service at all times across the hotel.
Your ability to surprise our guests and go above and beyond to exceed expectations will set you apart from the rest. You are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation along with a strong knowledge of the hotel its and surrounding area.
You are able to manage your time and can handle juggling numerous tasks at once but still able to follow procedure and maintain a high awareness of security. You have an outcome driven approach to performance and results. Strive to achieve excellence in your field.
You have experience in Opera, Microsoft Word and Outlook. First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol for the relevant state are required. You will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands.
The successful candidate will have unlimited work rights in Australia and be flexible to work 38 hours per week. You will have experience in a similar role within a Luxury hotel.
