The Corporate Partnerships department grows partnerships between the NGV and the corporate, tertiary and government sectors, building advocacy for the NGV through income generation and the delivery of robust and multifaceted partner engagement initiatives.

The NGV is looking for a collaborative and highly organised Corporate Partnerships Assistant to provide the Corporate Partnerships team with high quality administrative support. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Senior Development Manager and Senior Account Manager with the scheduling and organisation of meetings, incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparation of presentations, preparation for meetings, drafting and fulfilling actions and any other tasks required to service corporate partners.
  • Assisting the Corporate Partnerships team with exhibition management processes, including but not limited to; event guest list management, event organisation, mail-outs, logo approvals and liaising with other key departments.
  • Managing the Corporate Partnerships inbox, monitoring requests and distributing amongst the team as necessary. Manage outgoing assets to partners such as the NGV Magazine, event invitations and upcoming programming.

To be successful you will have the ability to prepare basic letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language and can handle highly sensitive and confidential information and material. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on tact and discretion.

You regularly plan and track progress on work tasks, taking an organised and methodical approach to work, addressing priority tasks first and focusing on the most important goals.  Your attention to detail allows you to observe fine details, identify gaps in information, look for logical sequences of information and highlight practical considerations of plans and activities.
