  • Rate: $23.45 per hour (Grade 2A, Enterprise Agreement) plus superannuation if applicable

The National Trust of Australia (Victoria) (NTAV) is an independent, non-profit organisation supported by a large community base. We are Victoria’s premier heritage and conservation organisation and the major operator of historic properties and sites open to the public across Victoria.

About the role:

The National Trust is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our small and dynamic Bookings, while helping us to grow our impact and reach our sales targets. You will provide administrative and customer service support as well as coordinating payments processing. You will be highly motivated, energetic and well experienced customer service professional.

Reporting to the Events & Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative duties
  • Respond to general function and event enquiries in a professional and efficient manner via phone and email
  • Efficiently complete the processing and coordination of a range of confirmed bookings including, but not limited to; group bookings, membership, education, school holidays programs, corporate and other bookings and customer service enquiries
  • Work within the team to achieve shared goals and targets
  • Process payments for incoming and outstanding bookings
  • List events on online portals
