National Gallery Victoria
The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Project Management Assistant to facilitate the planning and delivery of exhibitions and key infrastructure projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will assist in project management and coordination of the key design phases and construction aspects of temporary exhibitions, infrastructure and maintenance projects. You will provide high-level authoritative advice and support to the Exhibition Design and project teams on all site and construction related matters. Other key responsibilities include:
To be successful you will have the ability to produce project plans where objectives are clearly defined and action steps for achieving them are clearly specified, ensure regular communication with and support of project team members and ensuring project objectives are met by anticipating and managing potential and emerging issues.
You will have proven experience in a construction environment, preferably controlling design projects or an approved degree in Industrial or Interior Design, Architecture or allied field.
