MTLP is facilitated by Mel Neil, an Australian positive psychology practitioner and consultant. The Program is a custom emotional intelligence and strengths-based leadership and performance program, designed for people with a positive interest in the future of Melbourne’s visitor industry.

It is a great opportunity for professionals to build networks, refine their leadership skills and be an active part of Melbourne’s future growth as a global visitor destination.

MTLP is an exclusive leadership program limited to 25 participants only, from a cross-section of the industry. Short-listed applicants will be interviewed in late November and participants will be selected prior to Christmas.

Program Cost: $3,650 ex GST

*If a payment plan is needed, please enquire.

  • Program facilitation and participant compendium.
