The new marketing campaign highlighting the amazing adventures to be found across regional Victoria is enthusiastically welcomed by the Victoria Tourism Industry Council ((VTIC).
The campaign invites Melbournians to find Your Happy Space and this invitation will be complimented by a passionate and dedicated industry who will welcome the chance to get behind this new campaign.
VTIC’s Chief Executive Felicia Mariani said the new Visit Victoria marketing campaign Your Happy Space – launched by Premier Daniel Andrews – perfectly captures the essence of what a short-break to regional Victoria can bring.
“This new regional campaign will remind Melburnians of the incredible adventures they can find right in their own backyard. Whether it’s a daytrip to the regions around Melbourne, an overnight visit, or something longer, everyone needs to take some time out to find their own happy space in regional Victoria, said Ms Mariani.
“The tourism industry across Victoria is committed to delivering the best experiences possible for their visitors, helping them to create wonderful memories in all the amazing happy spaces our regions have to offer.”
VTIC looks forward to working with Visit Victoria, the State Government and the Regional Tourism Boards to help develop initiatives that will leverage this campaign to accelerate our goal for more frequent and longer visits to our regions.
“Victorians can be the strongest advocate for tourism to our State and, for us to achieve that, we must showcase why they should consider a local holiday first. I am confident this campaign will help achieve this goal,” Ms Mariani said.
